Spain’s December flash CPI rises to 6.7% y/y, highest since 1989 -Breaking

Inflation rates for November and December were 5.5%, while analysts polled at Reuters predicted an inflation rate of 5.7% in 2021.
INE data revealed that Spain’s EUharmonised consumer price Index increased 6.7% in December on an anual basis. This is up from 5.5% in November. Reuters polled analysts expecting a 5.8% increase.
