Jet maker Safran plans 12,000 hires in 2022 as air traffic recovers -Breaking

PARIS (Reuters) – Jet engine maker Safran (PA) The Chief Executive of COVID-19 stated that the worst of the current crisis in aviation is now over and that he plans to employ 12,000 people around the world this year, to help build his capacity.

Air traffic today is recovering. The placing of orders dynamically is increasing. All is well. Olivier Andries stated to Figaro, “I am extremely confident.”

He stated that “We’re in the process to come out of crisis” and had a decision to relaunch hiring. 12,000 jobs were planned for 2022. 3,000 of them will be in France.

Safran is third in size worldwide and has been associated with aerospace contractors. General Electric (NYSE 🙂 It produces engines for Airbus, Boeing (NYSE 🙂 and other commercial aircraft.

In response to sharp decline in airline orders, Safran and other sector players reduced their capacity, as well as some job losses, during the COVID-19 epidemic.
