SAN JOSE (Reuters) – A U.S. juror said Monday that they could not reach a consensus on the allegations against Elizabeth Holmes, founder of Theranos, for fraud in connection with her startup blood testing.
A note was signed by the jury stating that they could not agree on Holmes’ three charges. Now, the judge will decide how jurors should proceed.
