The tests will be distributed free of cost to Americans who request them.
Psaki indicated that the website for requesting the tests free of charge will open in the next month.
The free testing initiative was announced by President Joe Biden in December after the Omicron virus of COVID-19 swept America and left Americans scrambling for tests.
