(Reuters) – A fire broke out in a Philadelphia rowhouse early Wednesday morning, claiming the lives of at least thirteen people. Local media cited unidentified sources from fire and police departments.
Philadelphia police and fire departments were unable to reach us immediately for confirmation of the death count at the Fairmount Section residence.
