Fed working to increase diversity in its bank board leadership -Breaking

(Reuters) – Wednesday saw the Federal Reserve name leadership of 12 Fed regional banks’ boards. This included a majority female chairs and deputy chairs.

In a statement, the Fed stated that “The Federal Reserve System has been working to increase the diversity of the Reserve Bank Branch Boards of Directors and the Reserve Bank in the recent years and continues to strengthen those efforts.”
