BERLIN (Reuters). BERLIN (Reuters). Higher foreign demand drove a larger-than-expected rise in German industrial orders for November. This is rare news for European manufacturers that are suffering from shortages of labour and supply issues in Europe’s biggest economy.

According to the Federal Statistics Office, orders for German goods “Made in Germany” rose 3.7% in the month after an October drop of 5.8%.

An analyst poll by Reuters had indicated that there was a 2.1% decrease in the number of people who have paid taxes.
