Tech Mahindra Ltd.(BO:), which fell 2.56% at 1691.65 in the late trade, UltraTech Cement Ltd. [BO:] which dropped 2.49% at 7464.60, and Reliance Industries Ltd. (“BO:”) which declined 2.01% to 2416.60.

On the India National Stock Exchange, rising stocks outnumbered those in decline by 956 to 8.29, and 34 ended unchanged. The Bombay Stock Exchange saw 1930 rise and 1341 fall, and 87 ending unchanged.
