The Metaverse and NFTs are two terms that most internet users will recognize. They have changed the way they view and interact with digital art and virtual worlds over time. Google (NASDAQ) will return tons of results that contain links to the Metaverse or NFTs. These terms have changed how we see digital interaction and led to numerous companies attempting to profit from NFTs. PokerFi is one such firm. It promises to revolutionize the poker industry.

PokerFi plans to create a Poker platform integrated in the metaverse. All products and services sold within this platform will be NFT. Poker has a wide range of patronages that generate several millions each week. Players often find that they have to spend more time on transactions before receiving their winnings. Players also have to pay taxes. PokerFi is determined to transform the game of poker by reducing transaction fees and taxes using blockchain technology. It also allows players to set up their own poker houses or clubs within the metaverse. This will allow them to host exciting tournaments within the PokerFi platform. On the 12th January, PokerFi will launch a digital sale which would enable players to buy casinos.

PokerFi’s official site states that in order to create a Poker Club with a profit, a player must purchase land and items to personalize and build the casino. Dealers NFTs will also be required. The 3D image of each user will appear on the PokerFi website. A user may rent, sell, or build a casino by making an advance purchase. A company can purchase land, and have custom ad space in the PokerFi metaverse. This will allow them to increase brand awareness to the users of the platform. Such a company can soon put NFTs in Staking.
