Arbitrum, a layer-2 network has experienced its second outage within less than five month after a hardware failure.
Arbitrum is online again at the moment of this writing, but the team has reported that there was some late-night downtime on Jan. 9. It appears that the Twitter tweets were sent around 7:45 p.m.
