US infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci criticized Republican Senator Rand Paul at Tuesday’s Congressional Hearing. He accused him of spreading false information and inciting death threats to him for his work regarding the pandemic.

Fauci explained to the panel that Fauci had accused him of making false accusations against me.
Fauci held Paul’s literature calling for Fauci to be fired. A California man was taken into custody in Iowa Dec. 21 while driving from Sacramento, Washington, with the intention of murdering several officials.
The police asked him about his plans and he replied that he wanted to visit Washington DC to get rid of Dr. Fauci. They found in his vehicle an AR-15 rifle and several magazines of ammunition. He believed he was killing people.
The latest episode in a long-running feud between government officials. Since at least September 2020 when they began to fight over country’s response to pandemics, Fauci called out PaulFor misinterpreting the truth.

Fauci claimed Tuesday, “In your usual fashion, Senator you are distorting all about me.” You attack me every single day. There is no evidence to support your claims.
Fauci testified alongside Dr. Rochelle Waensky, acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock, and Dawn O’Connell (assistant secretary for preparedness and emergency response, Department of Health and Human Services).
