(Reuters). Experian reported a 14% rise in revenue for the third quarter, fueled by strong demand for its services in North America.

Experian has seen an increase in credit score and credit report demand after the release of coronavirus restriction, as well as flexible lending criteria and low interest rate that helped clients to re-launch lending and marketing activities.

According to the New York Federal Reserve’s November survey, credit applications rose to 2019 levels after U.S. customers showed strong demand in 2021.

Experian reported that its revenue is expected to rise between 16%-17% in the year ahead of an earlier estimate of 15%-17% growth. However, Experian, a London-listed company, has reduced its annual revenue forecast due to weakness in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
