UK employers add jobs in Dec, unemployment falls -Breaking

LONDON, (Reuters) – British employers added 184,000 employees to their payrolls during December, according to monthly tax data on Tuesday. This brings the total number of staff at 1.4% higher than their February 2020 level, before COVID-19.

According to the Office for National Statistics, the unemployment rate for three months ended November at 4.1%. This is lower than the forecasts of economists from Reuters, which was for 4.2%.
