A court spokesperson stated that Chief Justice James Allsop will read the reasons in court during a live streamed session online.
Djokovic, who was trying to reach a 21st major record, was sent packing from Australia just hours after his court rejected him staying in Australia.
On Monday, the year’s inaugural Grand Slam tournament started.
The 11-day rollercoaster ride ended with his departure. He had been denied entry to the country due to a lack of a valid medical exemption.
The global discussion surrounding the right of those who choose not to get vaccinated has been heated as governments try to safeguard the population from the coronavirus pandemic.
Djokovic was kept in an immigration hotel detention for several days before a court restored his visa. It was based on allegations that he had been unfairly treated at airport.
On Friday, the government again cancelled Djokovic’s visa because he may encourage anti-vaccination sentiments by allowing him to stay. Djokovic claimed that the minister had been acting irrationally and challenged his cancellation, but the court dismissed Djokovic’s case.
