Bitcoin Association, a Switzerland-based industry group that advances business with the SV(BSV) blockchain has today announced that Marcin Rzetecki was appointed Technical Outreach Specialist for Central Europe. Rzetecki is based in Poland and will help to improve the understanding of BSV throughout Central Europe.

Rzetecki’s role is to establish connections between software developers in Poland and Central Europe. Also, to promote the BSV developer community, and to increase knowledge of blockchain development in Europe. Business outreach is a key pillar of Bitcoin Association’s work, as it works to foster the development of a vibrant, regulation-friendly ecosystem for blockchain technologies and digital assets.

As Bitcoin SV’s popularity grows, this move is necessary. As the only blockchain protocol which adheres to creator Satoshi Nakamoto’s original design and vision for Bitcoin – both as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system and global data ledger for enterprise – Bitcoin SV is fast becoming the distributed data network of choice for businesses and developers alike. With the ability to scale unbounded and support huge volumes of transactions, in addition to its micropayment, smart contract, tokenization and data functionalities, Bitcoin SV is the only blockchain capable of serving as the world’s public data ledger for payments and enterprise data applications.

Rzetecki has a lot of experience in blockchain and will bring that to the new position at Bitcoin Association. Rzetecki is an experienced full-stack developer and computer scientist. Since 2018, he has been Vice President of Polish Blockchain Association, where he helps to promote blockchain technology in Poland. A veteran speaker at European blockchain conferences, he is also a lecturer and consultant in blockchain technology.

Speaking on today’s announcement, Bitcoin Association Managing Director Patrick Prinz commented:

Marcin Rzetecki, commenting on Marcin’s hiring, said:
