Cardinal Health to pay $13 million to resolve U.S. kickback case -Breaking

BOSTON (Reuters), – Distributor of drugs Cardinal Health Inc (NYSE 🙂 agreed to pay over $13 million in settlement to end allegations that it gave kickbacks for doctors who bought specialty pharmaceutical products rather than from rivals.

U.S. attorney Rachael Rolleins (NYSE) announced the settlement in Boston. It resolves whistleblower claims that were filed under False Claims Act.
