Sheila Warren will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Crypto Council for Innovation (or CCI) starting February.

CCI made an announcement Monday. Warren, who will be leading the coalition of crypto-friendly businesses aimed at supporting legislators on cryptocurrency and blockchain regulation, would begin Wednesday. CCI board member and Coinbase (NASDAQ:) co-founder Fred Ehrsam cited the WEF executive’s “in-depth knowledge of crypto” in addition to her experience working with governments across the globe.
