Purdue Pharma judge extends Sacklers’ litigation shield to Feb 17 -Breaking

(Reuters) – On Tuesday, a U.S. court extended a protective shield to the Purdue Pharma family owners from suitors up to February 17. They are trying to negotiate a settlement with multiple states in order to resolve sprawling lawsuits stemming out of the nation’s opioid crisis.
