BOJ deputy governor Wakatabe says premature to tighten monetary policy now -Breaking

TOKYO (Reuters), Masazumi wakatabe, Bank of Japan Deputy governor said that Thursday’s decision to normalize monetary policies was premature as Japan still has to recover from the effects of the coronavirus epidemic.

Wakatabe spoke out in support of Wakatabe’s statement, “It is premature to tighten the monetary policy before the BOJ has reached its target,” he said.
