Bank of America board raises CEO total pay to $32 million for 2021 -Breaking

NEW YORK (Reuters), Bank of America Corp (NYSE): Chief Executive Brian Moynihan saw his annual salary rise by $7.5 Million in 2021 according to a Friday regulatory filing.

Moynihan’s annual salary will increase to $32million, from $24.5 million in 2020. According to filing, his base salary will be $1.5 million while the total value of his equity incentives award is $30.5million.
