(Reuters) – Joe Rogan of the U.S. Podcaster issued a second apology after a montage video showed him repeating the N-word.

Rogan posted an Instagram apology video on Saturday saying that it was “the most regretful, shameful thing I have ever had to discuss publicly”. Rogan stated that the footage of Rogan using this epithet in the video was not taken into context but still looked terrible to me.

Rogan apologized after India Arie (a Grammy winner) removed her Spotify music after she posted videos on her Instagram account showing Rogan using the word N-word.

According to media reports, Saturday’s episode of the podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience”, which featured more than 70 episodes, was removed from iTunes. Spotify Technology Service SA (NYSE:).

Spotify didn’t respond to a request for comment.

Rogan, who apologized for his misinformation about COVID-19 in Monday’s program, said so on Monday that Spotify would include a content advisory to all episodes where the virus was discussed.

Rogan is a well-known vaccine skeptic who has caused controversy by his views regarding the pandemic, vaccines, and the government’s mandates to stop the spread of the disease.

Joni Mitchell, a singer-songwriter, and Neil Young announced last week they would remove their Spotify music in protest of misinformation about the coronavirus on Spotify.
