Cerberus seeking to sell more Deutsche Bank shares

FRANKFURT, Reuters -U.S. Investor Cerberus continues to sell its stake in Deutsche Bank According to the term sheet of Tuesday’s bookrunner, DE:

Cerberus currently owns 1.99% of Germany’s biggest lender and wants to buy around 15,000,000 shares.

Cerberus sold a stake of around 1% https://www.reuters.com/article/cerberus-capital-deutsche-bank-commerzba-idCAKBN2JL0NY in the bank earlier this year, and sources told Reuters that further sales were expected.
