Enphase Energy jumps after company posts record revenue, gives upbeat guidance

The shares of Enphase EnergyExtended trading Tuesday saw an increase of more than 12% after record revenue for the fourth quarter.
Enphase (a manufacturer of microinverters, backup energy storage and solar system systems) reported that sales rose 17% quarter-over quarter in spite of ongoing supply restrictions and logistical difficulties.

- Earnings:Ajusted to a maximum of 73 cents per Share

Wall Street analysts had expected that the company would make 58 cents per share from $396.7 million of revenue. However, it is not clear if the numbers reported are similar to those estimated.
Enphase earned 51 cents per share in adjusted earnings and generated $264.8 million revenue during the same quarter a year ago.
Full-year revenues for Enphase reached $1.38billion in 2021, an increase from $774.4m in 2020. Enphase said that in 2021 it had generated cash flow of operations totaling $352 million, which is an unprecedented figure.
Company estimates that its 2022 first quarter revenue will range between $420 and $440 millions. This is more than the 409 million StreetAccount analysts expected.
