Clariant has delayed the publication of 2021 results, while an independent investigation examines allegations made by whistleblowers about improper booking of accruals and provisions during 2020 and 2021.
Clariant believes it can achieve its EBITDA margin guidance between 16-17% in continuing operations for 2021. The company’s annual sales rose 15% to 4.37 billion Swiss Francs ($4.72billion), preliminary data show.
