BOJ has no plan to change band set around yield target, governor says -Breaking

REUTERS/Toru HannaiTOKYO (Reuters), – Bank of Japan doesn’t plan to adjust the rate at which 10-year government bonds yields can move towards its 0% target. Governor Haruhikokuroda made this statement on Wednesday.
Kuroda spoke in parliament and also suggested that the yield curve should be steepened as falling super-long yields may hurt pension fund profits.
