The fourth quarter of Kraft Heinz (NASDAQ 🙂 was reported by Investing.com on Wednesday. It beat forecasts and generated revenue above expectations.

Kraft Heinz declared earnings per share $0.79 on $6.71B revenue. Investing.com polled analyst to predict EPS of $0.6329 based on $6.6B revenue.

Kraft Heinz shares fell 3% over the first year but are up 22.85% since its 52-week peak of $44.95, which was set May 24, 2021. They outperform the market, which is down 10.41% over the previous year.

Kraft Heinz joins other Consumer Staples major earnings this month

Kraft Heinz’s report follows an earnings beat by Procter&Gamble on January 19, who reported EPS of $1.66 on revenue of $20.95B, compared to forecasts EPS of $1.65 on revenue of $20.33B.

Coca-Cola exceeded expectations by beating forecasts on February 10, with fourth quarter earnings per share of $0.45 for revenues of $9.47B. That compares to $0.4118 expected on revenue $8.99B.
