The Paris closing bell saw the index lose 1.97% while the index dropped 2.04%.
Eurofins Scientific SE was the best performer of the session, rising 1.12% or 0.96 point to trade at 86.46 by the end. Meanwhile, Hermes International SCA (PA) dropped 0.04%, or 0.50 point to 1200.00. Orange SA (PA) declined 0.60%, or 0.07 to 10.95 late trade.
They were also the worst performers of the session. Teleperformance SE (PA): fell 5.12%, or 16.90 points, to trade at 313.00 at the closing. Alstom The SA (PA) fell 4.25%, or 1.09 points, to finish at 24.55 Renault SA (PA:), was at 34.88 with a drop of 3.98%.

Alstom SA (PA) shares fell to five-year lows. They lost 4.25%, or 1.09 to 24,55. Mcphy Energy’s shares fell by 8.40%, or 1.26 to 13.74. Verallia shares (PA:), fell 52 weeks to their lowest point, down 6.88% or 1.64-24.46

The April delivery of Gold Futures was up 0.1%, or 0.10 to $1899.90 per troy ounce. Other commodities traded included Crude oil, which rose by 1.62%, or 1.46, to reach $91.67/barrel, and the May Brent Oil contract, which rose by 1.86%, or 1.70 to trade for $93.09/barrel.
EUR/USD rose 0.14%, to 1.1336, and EUR/GBP dropped 0.04% at 0.8325.
At 95.963, the US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.06%.
