Medtronic quarterly profit jumps 16.5% on strong demand for heart devices -Breaking

Tuesday’s 16.5% gain in quarterly profit was reported by the company. It was helped by strong demand from pacemakers, and other heart-related devices.
In the quarter that ended on January 28, $1.48 Billion or $1.10 per Share was achieved by the company, up from $1.27 Billion or 94 Cents per Share a year prior.
