© Reuters. SAO PAULO, (Reuters) – Brazilian car rental companies Localiza, and Unidas are in close proximity to selling their assets, O Esto de S. Paulo reported Wednesday.
According to sources familiar with the matter, the newspaper stated that Bank of America’s investment banking unit manages the sale and the assets could be sold at around 4 billion reais (791 million).
According to the newspaper, Turbi and Ouro Verde are two of the most wanted rental car companies.
Localiza and Unidas, Ouro Verde Turbi and Bank of America didn’t immediately reply to a request.
