Huobi Incubator Adds Republic and ABGA To The List Of Web3 Scholarship Funding Portal PartnersHuobi Incubator today announced the second group of partners to Web3 Scholarship. The funding platform is for developers and builders. Republic, a startup investment platform, is among the latest partners. Five other organizations and companies are also included in this new batch. Huobi Incubator and these partners will collaborate to create a pool shared resources for funding projects. These resources may include developer support and user insight, as well as legal and compliance resources.
Web3 enthusiasts have created a flood in projects. Huobi Incubator created this platform to better assist such projects. It seeded it with US$10,000,000 and set up a 50-member post-investment team that mentors and coaches these projects. Nearly 100 Web3 projects submitted grants since then.
Here are details about the six new partners
Republic:Republic is an investment platform that allows everyone to invest in startups. It allows regular people — not just a few wealthy accredited investors — to invest in highly vetted private startups, with as little as $10 or as much as $100,000 per investment.
Imperial Blockchain Imperial Blockchain Group is an independent organization run by Imperial College London’s students and professors, and was founded in 2022. There are branches for Research, Consulting, and Technology. The group also has an Imperial Incubator programme.
Enjinstarter: Enjinstarter is the premiere IDO & INO launchpad for gaming, entertainment and Metaverse projects. This group brings together gaming guilds, publishers and musicians as well as sporting celebrities. to build a sustainable metaverse gaming & entertainment ecosystem.
DoraHacks: DoraHacks, a multi-chain platform, enables Web3 Blockchains to arrange grants, hackathons and bounties to help developers within their ecosystems. In the last year, over 2000 projects were funded by 27 Web3 platforms, such as Polygon and. Developers have received grants totaling over US$20,000,000 through matching contributions.
Asia Blockchain Gaming Alliance:Asia Blockchain Gaming Alliance was founded in 2017 by top blockchain-related institutions.
Web3 Scholarship also partners with Octopus Network and DFINITY to sponsor and host hackathons. This partnership is crucial in helping Web3 startup founders reach their potential. There are currently 5,000 registered teams for the various hackathons that have been supported by Web3 Scholarship.
