BERLIN (Reuters). BERLIN (Reuters). Wintershall Dea (MCX:), one of the co-funders for Gazprom’s Nord Stream 2 pipe, has cancelled a news conference in order to discuss its yearly financial results. He cited concerns about Russia’s aggression on Ukraine.

According to the company, “Today’s not a good day for discussing financial results.” The statement was made on Thursday.

Chief Executive Mario Mehren stated that “This escalation of orders by the Russian government was a heavy blow” and warned it could have serious consequences for Russia’s relations with Europe.

He said, “To what extent can still be foreseen.”
