AccordingMonster Energy currently has four trademark applications pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. These are related to nonfungible tokens and metaverse realms.

This first trademark application covers downloadable virtual goods that include, but are not limited to: beverages, food and supplements as well as music and clothing. These downloadable multimedia assets are “authenticated and verified by NFTs,” according to the application. The application also includes computer programs to facilitate the exchange of blockchain data.
