Russian cenbank says client funds in sanctioned banks are secure -Breaking

However, Vladimir Chistyukhin, Deputy Central Bank Governor, said Friday.
Chistyukhin claimed that the central banking was still in communication with affected banks due to sanctions.
According to the central bank, clients of Russian banks that are subject to Western sanctions cannot use their cards internationally or make mobile payments with Apple (NASDAQ;) and Google(NASDAQ:).
