SAND takes 10th place for WhaleStats’ Most-Purchased Token
  • The Sandbox Game’s utility token SAND is back in WhaleStats’ top purchased tokens by 1000 biggest ETH whales over the last 24 hours.
  • SAND was also included in the whale leaderboard’s most used smart contracts list before getting overtaken earlier.

Utility token SAND is back in WhaleStats’ list of top purchased tokens by 1000 biggest ETH whales over the last 24 hours.

SAND is currently holding the 10th place for most-purchased tokens in the platform’s Whale leaderboard. SAND, the utility token that is used in The Sandbox Blockchain Game ecosystem to perform transactions and interact with other users, can be found here.

SAND’s average purchase amount when it made the list is $178, with an average token quantity of 60. Just over SAND is the Perth Mint Gold Token, PMGT. PMGT is a token built on Trovio’s full-service gold investment platform Gold Pass. The current 9th position holds its place with an average buy amount of $280 and token quantities of 0.15.

Today, WhaleStats’ pegboard had also included the utility token in its top-used smart contract list. It was passed later by LINK and PAXG, MATIC and SNX who now hold the 7th through 10th positions, respectively.

SAND placed 8th in terms of most bought tokens within a 24 hour volume on February 15, 2015. Utility token placed 8th with an average price of $5,606 per token and a total token supply of 1,394.

As of this writing, NuCypher(Nu) is currently 8th in terms of most bought tokens within the WhaleStats leaderboard.
