On Ukraine, U.N. chief says nuclear conflict ‘inconceivable’ -Breaking

UNITED NATIONS – UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said Monday to the emergency session, which was made up of 193 General Assembly members on Ukraine that it is “simply impossible” for a nuclear conflict to be imagined.

Russian President Vladimir Putin placed Russia’s nuclear defense on high alert Sunday. Guterres called this a “chilling” development.
