On Monday, Investing.com reported that the fourth quarter beat analyst forecasts with a record revenue.

On revenue of $1.38B, Workday reported earnings per share at $0.78. Investing.com polled analyst to predict EPS of $0.7093 based on $1.36B revenue.

Shares of Workday have fallen 16.15% over the past year. This is still 25.59% below its 52 week peak of $307.81, which was set on November 17, 2020. The Nasdaq is also down 12.1% since the beginning of the year.

Following the publication, Workday shares rose 7.40% in post-hours trade.

Cisco beat all expectations with a second quarter earnings per share of $0.84 on $12.72B in revenue, as compared to the forecast of $0.81 for $12.66B revenue.
