These regulations seek to reverse a Trump-era rollback.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton submitted a joint challenge to Ohio, Alabama. Arkansas. Alaska. Kentucky. Louisiana. Mississippi. Missouri. Montana. Nebraska. Oklahoma. South Carolina. Arizona has also brought a legal challenge. These new EPA rules will be in effect by the end of 2018 and mandate a 28.3% drop in vehicle emission through 2026.
