The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zeleskiy stated Wednesday that the international community could be held responsible for a “humanitarian catastrophe”, if it does not create a no-fly zone around his country.
He stated that the Ukraine threat was highest at two weeks after Russia invaded, but Ukrainians have shown no signs of surrender.
Russia has used missiles, helicopters and aircraft against us. He stated that it is the international humanitarian obligation to act.
