Adidas ousts Puma to kit Italy soccer team from 2023 -Breaking

BERLIN (Reuters), – Adidas (OTC) announced Wednesday that it has signed a sponsorship agreement with Italy’s national soccer team in order to equip the European champions next year. This replaces archrival Puma.

Puma sponsors Italy since 2008. If the team qualifies, they will supply their kit to the World Cup in Qatar.

In earnings calls with journalists, Kasper Rorsted, chief executive declined to disclose how Adidas paid for sponsorship.
