CrowdStrike Rallies On Q4 Earnings, Revenue Beat -Breaking

Investing.com — Crowdstrike Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:)Extended trading saw shares rise 13% after the company announced fourth quarter top- and bottom-line results that exceeded analyst expectations.

On revenue of $431.01million, the cybersecurity company reported earnings per share at 30c. According to analysts polled, Investing.comFor revenue of $410.97million, an EPS estimate of 20 cents is possible.

The subscription revenue reached $405.4 Million, an increase of 66% compared with $244.7M in the fourth quarter.

With a net new revenue record of $217million, the company saw its annual recurring revenues increase for the second quarter.

Revenue for the full year was $1.45Billion. This is 66% higher than $874.4M in 2013. In addition, the subscription revenue reached $1.36 trillion, which is 69% more than $804.7 million. The adjusted earnings per share were 67 cents.

First quarter revenues are expected to be between $458.9 million and $465.4 millions. Therefore, the adjusted earnings per share are expected to range from 22cs to 24cs for this quarter. The company also expects adjusted earnings to be between $1.03-1.13 for revenue of $2.13 billion-2.16 billion in the fourth quarter.
