Ukraine Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba hit back at claims made Thursday by Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, saying the leadership in Moscow “live in their own reality.”
On Thursday, talks in Turkey between Russia and Ukraine were unsuccessful. There was no agreement reached to allow civilians to escape the city of Mariupol.
Lavrov and Kuleba had only two-and-a half hours of discussions.
