Investing.com – Germany stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The index dropped 2.9% at the Frankfurt close, while it fell by 2.93%.

The best performers of the session on the were Fresenius SE & Co KGAA O.N. (DE:), rose 0.43 percent or 0.13 points, to trade at 30,13 at the closing. RWE AG ST O.N. was also trading. They were among the most disappointing. TeamViewer AG (DE) was at 8.14% lower than 11.73 late trade. Daimler Truck Holding AG (DE) lost 6.32% and settled at 23.14 CompuGroup Medical AG O.N. O.N.

On the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, falling stocks outnumbered advancing by 523 to 174, and 61 was unchanged.

Shares in K&S AG (DE:) rose to 3-years highs; gaining 10.34% or 2.28 to 24.27.
