Audi’s Hungary plant suffering supply chain issues due to Ukraine war -Breaking

BUDAPEST, (Reuters) – The Hungarian Audi factory in Germany, a major exporter of Hungarian cars, must adjust its production plans because war in neighboring Ukraine has impacted its supply chain. This was stated by Alfons Dintner, Chairman Audi Hungaria.

Dintner claimed that engine production shifts were already being adjusted at the Gyor plant. The factory made 1.6 million engines in 2013, including 250,000 electrical drivetrains, according to Dintner.
