Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

The best performers of the session on the were Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:), which rose 5.61% or 6.40 points to trade at 120.40 at the close. Basic Chemical Industries Co. (SE) gained 4.57% (or 1.95) points to close at 44.60, while SABIC AgriNutrients Co. was up 4.29 percent (6.00 points) to reach 146.00 late trade.
Saudi Research and Marketing Group, which lost 4.76% (or 8.00 points) to close at 160.00, was the worst performer of the session. Kingdom Holding Company (SE:) declined 4.43% or 0.48 points to end at 10.36 and Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (SE:), was at 149.20 by 3.74%, or 5.80 points.
On the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange, falling stocks outnumbered those in progress by 109 to 8, while 16 ends were unchanged.

Oil for October delivery fell 1.18%, or 0.86, to $71.75 per barrel. Brent oil, which was due for delivery on November 7, fell by 1.03%, 0.78, to reach $74.68/barrel. Meanwhile, the December Gold Futures contract lost 2.19% (39.30) to trade at $1755.50 per troy ounce.
EUR/SAR fell 0.48% at 4.4096 while USD/SAR remained unchanged at 0.00% at 3.7506.
US Dollar Index Futures were up 0.4% at 92.903.
