LONDON, (Reuters) – Martin Sorrell’s S4 Capital purchased Zemoga. The acquisition provides a way for the digital advertising agency to continue growing and win new work with multinational clients.
WPP founder (LON) Sorrell has transformed S4 to a $6 billion business in three years. By combining digital content and data, he won contracts with companies like Burberry (NASDAQ), Google (NASDAQ), Netflix (NASDAQ).
According to Sorrell, the acquisition Zemoga was the first major step toward building a third area of technology services. A digital transformation group, Zemoga provides product design, engineering and delivery services to clients including Bridgestone, Sony (NYSE:), Roku (NASDAQ:) and Morningstar.
