Tropical Storm Odette forms off U.S. mid-Atlantic coast -NHC By Reuters

(Reuters) – Tropical Storm Odette has formed off the U.S. mid-Atlantic coast, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory on Friday.
The Odette, which is approximately 325 miles (525km) south-southwest from Nantucket in Massachusetts, has maximum sustained winds at 40 miles an hour (65 km/hour), according to a Miami-based meteorologist.
In the coming days, Odette should see strengthening and will be a strong posttropical low on Saturday night.
