World Wrestling Entertainment (NYSE:) features John Cena in a non-fungible token (NFT) series. This is not the only reason why NFTs are a rising interest. A growing number of athletes and organizations in sports have taken advantage of the rise in NFTs to launch digital assets.

WWE also tried to sell 500 editions of platinum and limited-edition NFTs. The John Cena NFTs were also sold to enable two people to attend Wrestlemania 38 in 2022.
