A recent poll conducted by Redfield & Wilton Strategies on 9,700 eligible voters suggests that 42% of Texans would vote to make an official currency.

It was also found that Texas is one of the most friendly states for crypto.

However, around 40% of Arizonans were opposed to the legalization of Bitcoin. The initiative was supported by only 23%. In general, Bitcoin is supported by one in three Americans who live in swing states.

Georgia has the highest percentage of potential voters that have no knowledge about cryptocurrency. These respondents accounted for 14 percent of all the responses. On the flip side, Florida appears to be the most crypto-savvy state, with only 8% of voters from the “Sunshine State” remaining blissfully unaware of the new asset class.

Many of the people who have not yet invested in cryptocurrency believe their ignorance is what prevented them from exploring the market.

BTC PEERS also reported similar results. 48% of Brazilians want Bitcoin to be legal.
