Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the gained 2.00%.
The best performers of the session on the were Demant A/S (CSE:), which rose 4.20% or 14.3 points to trade at 354.7 at the close. DSV Panalpina A/S, (CSE) gained 3.09% (or 50.0) to finish at 16666.5. Carlsberg A/S-B (CSE) was also up 3.05% (30.5 points) to reach 1030.5 in the closing trade.
Novozymes B (CSE 🙂 fell 0.25 percent or 1.2 point to trade at 487.8 by the closing. CSE:’s Tryg A/S gained 0.13% to reach 149.9, while Ambu A/S rose 0.33% to 214.3.
On the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, rising stocks outnumbered falling ones by 98 to 55. 15 ending unchanged.
The November delivery of crude oil was 0.22 percent higher at $70.36 per barrel. Brent oil rose 0.32 percent to $74.24 per barrel in commodity trading. The December Gold Futures contract gained 1.03%, or 18.25, to $1782.05 an ounce.
USD/DKK rose 0.8% to 6.3451, and EUR/DKK rose by 0.4% to 7.4364.
US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.1% at 93.248.
