Goldman’s Petershill sets IPO price at 320-380 pence a share By Reuters

LONDON (Reuters] – Goldman Sachs’ Petershill Partners private Equity division set a range of prices for their London market listing. It is ranging from 320 to 380 pence each share. This would imply a market capitalization between $5.1 billion and $5.9 million, according to a bookrunner.

Petershill acquires minority stakes in other asset managers such as venture capital, private equity and hedge funds.
